CSIC (China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation) Shanghai Marine Energy Saving Technology Development Co., Ltd (CMES-Tech) is located by Huangpu River. It was established by CSIC to promote industrial development of the affiliated devices for ship energy-saving and emission-reduction. It is a subordinate company of China Ship Scientific Research Center. The company was established in Jan. 2015, which is the most powerful supplier of ship energy saving devices(ESDs) in China.

CMES-Tech is a Shanghai high-tech enterprise, possessing the patents of several kinds of ship ESDs. It is engaging in the development, transfer, consultation and service of ship energy saving technology , also in production and sales of ship ESDs with the integrating design of marine engineering and propulsion system. Hub Vortex Absorbed Fins (HVAF) and Pre-Shrouded Vanes (PSV) are involved in the National Promotion Category of Energy Saving & Low-Carbon Technology and selected as 2017 demonstration project of energy saving and environmental protection for transportation and recommendation products. Our products win the silver award of "the first China energy conservation and environmental protection innovation application competition" in 2017 as well. Our products have been applied to more than700 real ships successfully and achieve 3% to 12% energy-saving effect.
